In connection with the subsequent work on behalf of “Real Estate Magazine” by realtors who are not employees of the company, we draw your attention to the conditions which are obligatory for the cooperation between “Real Estate Magazine” and its clients.
All the services the company provides only after the relevant agreement is signed. According to it there are only two possible ways for payment:
- Directly to the company’s cashier or money transfer to the settlement account of the company. All the other ways (through the deposit box in a bank, giving cash to an agent, providing guarantee obligation) constitute a violation of existing legislation, the conditions of the contract and the principles of the real estate agency operation. In this case the company cannot guarantee the quality of services and respect for the obligations.
- All payments to agents, suppliers and resellers are made only on the basis of the relevant agreements from the company’s cashier or by money transfer to accounts specified in the agreements. The movement of all funds is officially reflected in the financial statements of the company.
We do not use “money laundering” schemes and “money envelopes”.
